Our clients chose a Presidential triple layered shingle roof. For this old world style house corbels were custom built all the way around to give the look of traditional building with solid roof supports.

However, tradition wasn't the homeowner's only concern, lower energy costs were also desired. For this home the windows are all double paned, low E glass. The wood crown moldings throughout add a quality feel to the home, along with the extra wide window sills, and the balcony. Because it is a lakefront home, a dock with boat lift wa also installed. Custom landscaping was also designed and delivered.
